Arcstar's seamless maintenance system includes remote monitoring and an emergency backup service to provide total 24-hour-a-day support for global communication networks on an end-to-end basis. All urgent inquiries and consultations other than basic service requests are handled from a single customer service center. A full-time help desk is available to offer a prompt response to any problems.
NOC: Network Operation Center Control Centers that constantly monitor Arcstar's worldwide networks and perform transmission and subscriber loop test to locate bad connections.
