Support - One-stop customer support for greater comfort

Arcstar's seamless maintenance system includes remote monitoring and an emergency backup service to provide total 24-hour-a-day support for global communication networks on an end-to-end basis. All urgent inquiries and consultations other than basic service requests are handled from a single customer service center. A full-time help desk is available to offer a prompt response to any problems.

NOC: Network Operation Center (Japan, the U.S., and U.K.) Control Centers that constantly monitor Arcstar's worldwide networks and perform transmission and subscriber loop tests to locate bad connections.

LC: Local Center (countries where Arcstar services are available) An engineering center that responds to network troubles on-site.
LSC: Local Support Center (Japan, the U.S., U.K., and Singapore)
Customer support bases located in four major areas - Japan, the U.S., Europe and Asia - for customer relations in Japanese, English, and local languages.
