Equipments to be prepared by customers

1. PC and Power supply for the PC



2. Telephone line: Please prepare direct line. Internal line is not available.



3. Power supply for Router

1. Supported OS: Windows 2000 / Windows XP / Windows Vista / Mac OS



2. Plan A and C: LAN port is required.



3. Plan A and C: LAN cable and Hub are required if customer have additional PC.



4. Plan B and D: Wireless LAN card is required.



5. Plan B and D: NTTi-net sells wireless LAN card (PC card, USB) if needed (S$45).

ADSL Internet Access

• 1.5M plan: download speed up to 1.5Mbps / upload speed up to 350Mbps
  512K plan download speed up to 512Kbps / upload speed up to 256Kbpx.

The throughput of the Service is subject to the condition. The throughput of the Service is not guaranteed.


• Monthly fee includes rental fee of ADSL router and phone line splitter, which are to be returned at cancellation.



• Additional Microfilter (S$8) is required, if ADSL access line is shared with phone and facsimile machine.



• Dial-up account is chargeable depending on usage (¢5/min)
  Setup service is not available.

Internet Setup Service (On-site)

• Internet Setup Service does not include PC repair, application/OS installation.
  Please consult PC vendor for PC related issue if necessary.



• Installation of Power supply, telephone wire, LAN cable and Hub is to be prepared by customer.



• Internet Setup Service fee is not refundable.

Mail Option

• Virus Scan Service does note give warranty your PC is not to be infected any virus.



• Anti-Spam Service does note give warranty all Spam is to be to blocked.
  Rarely customers message is rated as Spam.

Contract, Chage, Cancellation

• All the plans are limited to individuals and installation location is residential area.



• Monthly fee is to be paid every month in advance. Billing starts from the next month after subscription.



• Minimum subscription period is 3 month after the first bill.



• ADSL plan is free from communication charge except basic monthly fees of phone line.



• Change of plan will be activated from the next month.

• Please contact NTT Singapore in case of moving house or changing phone number, cancellation.
  Service charge applies in the following cases.
  Cancellation before set up (S$180.00), Change of phone number for ADSL (S$180.00), Moving house (S$30.00), Damage/Loss of the rental router(S$100.00)



• GST is not included in the price list.
